Information for Parents

How To Enroll:

All families interested in attending Athenian Academy should call the school at 727-298-2718 to schedule a tour with the school leader. Enrollment for the 2013-2014 school year is very limited. Several grades have waiting lists and seats are currently being filled on a first come basis. Please call the school for seat availability.

Items needed to complete registration process: After you sign your seat acceptance letter, you must visit the school to finish the registration process.

Items needed include:

  • birth certificate
  • current blue immunization form
  • current yellow health certificate
  • proof of residency or approved out of county special attendance permit
  • completed registration packet.

Volunteering:

All Athenian Academy families are required to volunteer 20 hours during the school year. All volunteers must complete the registration process at the school with a photo identification and be cleared by the Pinellas County School background process. Athenian Academy has no control over the volunteer approval process. Volunteer hours are logged at the school and can also be found on Portal. To obtain your Portal volunteer ID or for more volunteer information, please call Miss Penny at 727-298-2718.

Grades & Attendance:

Athenian Academy uses the online Portal system through PCS. For a portal login ID and password, please visit the school with photo identification. The Portal system allows you to view your child’s progress grades and attendance.
